Glyburide (Gly) could inhibit NLRP3 inflammasome, as well be treated with Type 2 diabetes a common medication. Despite more and studies show that Gly influence cancer risk tumor growth, it remains unclear about the effect of in lung tumorigenesis. To evaluate whether inhibited tumorigenesis explore possible mechanisms, benzo(a)pyrene [B(a)p] plus lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced non-diabetes mice model was established B(a)p for 4 weeks once week (1 mg/mouse), then instilled LPS 15 every 3 (2.5 ?g/mouse) intratracheally. Subsequently, administered by gavage (10 ?l/g body weight) 1 before were given to until animal finished (when first named Week 0). At end experiment called 34, we analyzed incidence, number histopathology tumors, detected expression NLRP3, IL-1?, Cleaved-IL-1? protein.
